Visual Communication is a powerful medium in the advertising, documentation and events (particularly weddings) arenas, and provides a much needed extra income for many people.
Each of these courses enables students to develop creative thinking skills, scientific and tecnological knowledge and skills and above all, the ability to apply these skills in the market place.
Each course has a theoretical basis which provides you with the essential embedded knowledge to apply when doing assignments. Each assignment has been carefully planned to equip you to handle a brief from a client and explore different genres.
All lecture materials are in the form of printed full colour handbooks which are included in the course fees.
Part time courses are conducted in the evenings, two evenings per week, from 18h00. Photography practical is extended to Saturday mornings and field trips over some weekends. Fields trips are fun and you are welcome to invite your family members to join us on any of these trips.
Safe parking is available on VSS campus.
